That first picture is fabulous--great capture indeed!

The second one is equally nice. I love the sunlight and how it's giving different hues of all the colors.

You captured the first flower very well, but these are a type of flower that just aren't very photogenic. They are so much more beautiful when you actually see and touch them then they will ever be on film (or digital media file). The beauty of this first photo is that it helps me to recall memories of being around such lovely, delicate flowers.

With the second image, I think you have other photos of this species, no? The sunlight and shadows work so nicely in all of them.
