I used to walk Lake St. on my way to work at 233 N Michigan Ave. every day. There used to be a flower shop in the 3rd building on the left. Some people were angry that the flower shop would not give them free flowers. At around four in the morning, this group of people burnt the flower shop down. Luckily, the fire department was able to stop the fire before it took down the entire building. Sad. I wonder how many people walking down the street even remember the flower shop being there?
