I think the owner has no idea someone could take such a beautiful photo of their house. Maybe you should give them one just in case they plan on selling any time soon?

The shadows and the bright sky pale next to the rich golds and earth tones of this shot.
I like the line of the sidewalk cutting up toward the house, parallel with the shaft of light on the lawn.
